顶板深孔预裂爆破提高综放孤岛工作面初采率研究

摘要:

通过顶板岩石的力学特性分析、深孔预裂爆破切顶的数值模拟分析和工程应用等,对深孔预裂爆破提高综放孤岛面初采期间煤炭采出率进行系统的研究。研究表明,综放孤岛面顶板采用深孔预裂爆破技术,工作面初次来压步距缩短了9.6m,顶煤回收率提高了14.38%,实现了综放孤岛面的安全高效开采。

Abstract:

through the mechanical properties of the roof , the deep presplit means of blasting cut the top numerical simulation analysis and engineering applications. It is showed that the technology of hard roof cracking blasting processing not only to avoid to strong impact load of rock burst hazards in the 3407 consolidated island face, and the weighting step shortened to 9.6m , top coal recovery increase to 14.38% ,in fully mechanized caving the island face in the safe and efficient mining , it ensure that the island face is mined safely and efficiently.
